23bd9 processes deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating wallet, subject to any applicable processing delays.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the mobile wallet registered on your account at the time of registration. You may not request a withdrawal to a wallet belonging to another person.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. No bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn until the applicable rollover has been completed in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• 23bd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will not be retroactively altered.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per mobile wallet. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a violation of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 23bd9, including sportsbook wagers and casino game bets. Game-specific rules are also published within each game or market on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 23bd9 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system outage, or data feed failure that affects the settlement of a bet, 23bd9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including pricing errors and markets opened for events that did not take place — may be voided at 23bd9's discretion.
• Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to the availability of the live data feed. 23bd9 is not liable for delays between real-world events and the update of live odds on the platform.

23bd9 uses certified random number generation technology supplied by its game providers for all casino and slot game outcomes. The results of all casino games are independently determined by the RNG and are not influenced by 23bd9 or any third party. Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 23bd9. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information that confers an unfair advantage, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game or event.
• Using or attempting to use a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or sharing account access with another person for any reason.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the 23bd9 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

23bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6, or any breach of these Terms.
• Where a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools, in which case the closure is permanent for the duration requested and the player's access to the platform will be blocked.
• Where the platform determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide services to the account holder is no longer appropriate under these Terms or applicable law.

23bd9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the platform's responsible gaming features.

• Players may set deposit limits on their account to cap the amount they can deposit within a given period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from the platform, during which they will be unable to log in or place bets. Time-outs are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23bd9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical error or system outage; loss resulting from reliance on information published on the platform (including odds, statistics, or match data); or loss caused by interruption of service during a live betting event.

23bd9's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

23bd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — 23bd9 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance via a notice on the platform or through the contact information held on file. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
